Briess Munich Malt 10L

Wine Conditioner reduces aging time, sweetens your wine to taste and reduces harshness.

Contains sweetner with wine stabilizer (potassium sorbate). 

Add to taste, 1 - 4 oz. per gallon.

Potassium Sorbate 1 oz

Potassium Sorbate inhibits yeast growth.  Once the fermentation process is complete and the wine has reached its proper flavor and body, active yeast still exists within the wine.

Potassium sorbate is added to inhibit any further yeast growth.
