1.     What type of Payments do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.  Customers who wish to pay by any other means are encouraged to call our toll-free number 866-889-6887 and place your order by phone.

2.     How do I place an order? After you have made your choices on our web site, Select checkout.  (If you are a Returning Customer, enter your user name and password.  New customers may register or use our express checkout feature. Please enter your information.  You may create an address book with different shipping addresses.  Please read the instructions carefully.

3.     Can I order by mail? Yes you can by printing out your Checkout page and filling in your credit card information or simply enclose a check or money order for total amount of the order and mail it to: Wolfies Roasted Nut Co. 130 Olive St. Findlay, Ohio 45840  Attn. Order Center.  Please note that checks will delay the shipment of your order until it has cleared your bank.

4.     What is the latest I can place an order and have it ship today?  Our order cutoff time is 11:00 am Monday thru Friday.  Any orders received after Friday at 11:00 will be shipped on the next Business day, which includes any second day or next day service.

5.     Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?  Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, shipments to those states are not covered under the terms of our free shipping orders for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged the actual shipping and handling cost in which we incur.

6.     What about shipping Overseas and Apo’s? We can ship both overseas and APO addresses through the United States Postal Service.  These shipments are also not covered under the terms of our free shipping.

7.     Can you ship to a P. O. Box?  Only through the United States Postal Service at an additional cost.  Please supply us with a street address if you wish to avoid the additional charges.

8.     Do you guarantee shipments? We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information; we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and UPS delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

9.     How do I know the product I am receiving is fresh?  We carefully monitor our inventory, and we roast on a daily basis to ensure that the product we are selling is the freshest available.  We offer a money-back guarantee, because we know our products are the finest available anywhere.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the unused portion of your order and we will completely refund your money or replace the item.

10.  Why are the Fire Roasted Nuts sometimes different color?  As with all things roasted over a open flame there are variables that are impossible to control.  Since there is no way to preset a temperature on our ovens it depends largely on the accurate vision, smell, and judgment of our Master Roasters to determine when our nuts are done.  Sometimes our ovens will heat up to 600 degree’s and sometimes 500 degree’s, this difference in temperature results in an imperfect color but always a great taste!

11. The prices in your catalog appear in two different sizes and colors, what gives?  Glad you asked, the smaller font size and black price is our regular pricing. The prices that appear in larger font size and purple in color are product have a discount attached. These discounts can run as high as 30% and are normally given on quanity purchases, which saves us all money. 

12. You offer discounts on most of your products but I have to buy so many, Why? We do offer discounts up 30% for larger quanity purchases. It saves us money on shipping, boxes, and handling, our product has a six to nine month shelf life so purchasing a little more saves us both money.
